[She doesn't make posts to the journal very often but this is one of those moments where she wanted to. Plus it might give her some good practice for future comers to the temple. With a deep breath, she turned on the journal and more specifically, the video function. Now or never!]

Hello again, Luceti. For the all the New Feathers that just arrived, I'm Yukiko Amagi. I was rather curious about something for the past couple of weeks and would like to try it out, hopefully using the journals to get a better message.

[Stop babbling and get to the point.]

I work at the temple and one of the skills I'm learning is how to read the tarot. For those who are not familiar with it, it's like fortune telling but only a tool and not for certain. Or, that's what I like to believe.

If anyone would like to have their cards read, I can do it over the journals or at the temple. Whichever ways works for you I can accompany that request. Just a warning that I am fairly new at this.

[And she will stay true to her word: if anyone wants a tarot reading, Yukiko will be at the temple for all their needs.]

(OOC: I do have a tarot deck and will attempt to be doing readings. I'm still a novice but it's mostly for fun, right?)

[He's heard of fortune telling before. Or at the very least people being able to see into the future. The tarot reading however is something that he's never heard of. So, yeah, he wants to try it.

But, he feels it's a bit too impersonal not doing it face to face, so off he goes to the temple. This time walking, because he's only just gotten bad reactions from him flying to places.

He's already walking around there and when he see's the girl from the video, he approaches her from behind.]

Excuse me, you're the girl doing the readings, right?

[Have a very skeptical looking teenager you might recognize from school, Yukiko.]

...Tarot cards? Really?

[Knows in passing but not very known.]

Is something wrong?

No. ...well.

It's just.

They're rather silly, aren't they? No one can tell the future.

[Hmmm.]

That is true. From what I learned is that even if the future is told to us, it's what we decide to do with it afterwards that makes it. We decide our own fate.

I'm also a beginner so there's a chance I would mess it up.

[She turns to see the young man ask for her since she just made the message. Yukiko smiles and sets her broom to the side. Hey, she has to do something in between the practice readings.]

I am, it's nice to meet you.

Good to meet you too. My name's Henry.

[He just stares up her with childish curiosity as he rocks on his feet.]

Soooo, how does this thing work? Do you use magic to do it?

[Because if so he's outta here. No paying of prices for him, thanks!]

Magic? Oh no, it's just me and a pack of cards. No magic involved.

[Good thing no one knows about the personas then...]

Are you still interested?

[WELL, He's instantly sold! A smile crosses his face as she asks and he gives a nod in returned. His tone is excited with his next words.]

Yeah, definitely. It sounds like a lot of fun! So, what do we have to do?

[Just all the anticipation on his face waiting for the next thing to do.]

First of all, we should go inside. It'll be better to do a reading in a quiet place.

Tarot is cards that is used for divination.

[Or at least that's what she has read.]

I'm...still not entirely sure what divination is. Will it hurt?

[Haruka hasn't actually seen Yukiko's post -- he doesn't even check his journal -- but he has seen the shrine out in the distance, when he looks out the window of his room in the Flame Building.

He'd meant to go in the New Year but he just simply... hadn't. But with all of this spare time, eventually he decides it's time to visit the temple for the first time. There's no hesitation in his footsteps as he approaches; he's openly looking around, taking in the sight as well as searching for signs of life. The temple is a little similar to the one not far from his house, so until he actually sees someone tending to it, he'll be poking into every possible place he can.

[Fortune telling was definitely something Eley had never tried himself, though he knew that some humans seemed to take the practice very seriously. If it wasn't for certain, was there really any point to it? Then again, would he want to know a more certain future?

Consider his curiosity peaked Yukiko! He's not a complete stranger to the temple in the first place, but today he's heading over there in the hope of catching her. Luckily, it seems that his timing was correct.]

Ah, hello. I saw your message about tarot readings... will you be accepting requests today?

So not really the future, just sort of suggestions?

[The other teen smiles faintly at the thought.]

So you need practice?

Well, if it will help you practice then I'll volunteer.

Nice to meet you Yukiko. I'm Shu.

[Rei's glad that her new assistant is being so proactive, it's really nice to have someone else around to talk to while she's working and someone besides just Tsuzuki to share the workload too. .

So, when she sees the broadcast, guess who Yukiko's first customer is? This girl. Rei's already at the shrine, so she just slides open the door and waves about a minute later.]

I'd like a reading if you're willing, Yukiko. I'll repay you by making some tea if you like.

I can stop in now if you're not getting too many requests?

I will always make room for my friends and those I'm close to.

So yes, now is fine.

[A small smile crept onto Yu's face.]

I'll be right over.

[And sure enough, a few minutes later, there was a knock on her door.]

Yeah, it is kinda cold out here.

[He'd rather not freeze while he learns his future...unless his future involves freezing. Still, better than sitting around and getting cold. So, he hurries on inside ahead of her.]
